Switzerland is a paradise for every mountain enthusiast, and I have visited this beautiful country on many occasions; skiing, climbing, hiking, mountainbiking and even education. This time we spent a week with our friends in Laax – Flims area in Graubünden canton.
Matteo has grown quite a bit since we last met in Croatia, and his Velo fahren skills are bad ass. You just don’t see a 2.5 year old toddler sending root trails, or going uphill on the stairs every day. Laax and Flims are amazing places for hiking and mountainbiking and leave nothing to be desired. Switzerland always finds new ways to amaze me. This time I was quite surprised to see a honey stand in the middle of a mountain with nobody there, suggesting that you fairly leave the money in a cash drawer. Swiss level of consciouses is really something to look up to, I hope one day we get there.
One day we visited Chur, the main town in Graubünden, and one of my favorite in Switzerland. Just love the streets in old town and many fountains with drinking water as pure as it gets. On the way back we stopped for two days on the Splügen Pass and did a hike there.
All photos were made on Kodak Portra 400 film with my Leica M4, hope you like them.
